When Lasers are used for edge finishing acrylic more than 1/8" thick they leave a jagged edge where the digits are copied. When Diamond Edge Finishers are used they leave intermittent groves in the shape of an arc, like a phonograph record. Sometimes a wheel buff is needed to bring the edges up to an acceptable finish. |
