When Diamond Edge Finishers are used they leave intermittent groves in the shape of an arc, like a phonograph record. Sometimes a wheel buff is needed to bring the edges up to an acceptable finish. |
Buffing wheel polishing is a labor intensive process, but it is my specialty. At right is a picture of a
common job, of 1.25" BR (bullet resistant acrylic sheet). This stack can be turned around in a day, for a very reasonable price. Edge finshing per BR panel cost is about $30 each, plus $30 each per passthru, plus $30 each per speaker hole. (local delivery and pickup) |
